Returns & Refunds

El Patróns Industries offers a full refund if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The product must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund of the full amount will be debited back to customers with the initial payment method

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
